The inspiration for MindsEye Vu came from Sravanthi’s personal search for a yoga program that
could offer her children more than just physical exercise. She sought a practice that would build
the mental resilience needed to navigate a fast-paced, digital world. When she couldn't find the
right fit, she realized she was uniquely positioned to bridge that gap herself.
"I realized that if I wanted my children to have the tools for emotional balance and
focus, I had to lead the way."
Driven by her professional discipline, Sravanthi returned to her roots to gain the highest level of
training. She pursued her Kids Yoga Certification from the renowned Home of Yoga in India
and earned official certification from the Ministry of AYUSH (India’s Central Ministry) through
the Swasti Yoga Center.
After acquiring her formal license in early 2025, Sravanthi launched her teaching journey in
August 2025. Her classes have quickly become a hub for enthusiastic students who are learning
to trade instant gratification for inner peace.
Sravanthi’s vision is to combine her analytical background with the ancient wisdom of yoga to
help children find their "inner eye"—a place of focus, patience, and strength. She is dedicated to
ensuring that the next generation is not just technologically advanced, but emotionally grounded
and resilient to the stresses of modern life.
